I say on an emotional level they can relate better to people as they do take out more time to get to know someone better than guys do. For guys they usually are about the facts and logic, pretty much who is this person, why do I need to know them, and if they are doable if they are a woman or if I can one-up them if they are a guy. Guys aren't so open to building easy relationships like women are. As for in the house women usually take care of the kids better than men. As women opt to stay home and be stay home moms, taking kids to soccer practice, over to play dates, getting them bathed and dressed for school or bed. Making their costumes. Usually the dads just come in from work get their few minutes of looking through the mail and then asking what is for dinner and going to work for the most part. Oh and showing up to a game or two. But usually that is about it for some dad's. But really depends on the man or woman that one is looking at. Some men can be overly social and some can clean house and watch the kids too. Just realy depends on how much concentrated effort either sex puts into these tasks that make it seem that one sex is better than the other at it.

Whatever the answer you're looking for, it'll be vague and a huge generalisation!
We are all indiviuals with different strengths and weaknesses. Women are supposed to be more compassionate and better child carers than men....however we see hundreds of single dad do a beautiful job of raising their children when the mother abandoned the family...
Men are supposed to be stronger than Women, but some men are weedy and some women are body builders. So you can't generalise!
Now I will be a hypocrite here, "generally", women are better at multi tasking than men. However, to be honest, when you look at the whole picture and use the law of averages, men and women are pretty much equal in all things.

Well technically women don't give birth better than men. This is because men can't actually give birth to children. So there is no competition. So neither sex can be better than the other. But to honest. I don't think there is anything they can truly do better than men. I think were equal now. Obliviously in the past there were alot differences. But not anymore.

If you are insinuating that female animals do not grunt and groan for hours while giving birth then you are wrong. I have witnessed several births (dog, sheep, cow) and each female animal either whined, groaned or moaned. Its normal when you are in a tremendous amount of pain. I have given birth to two children, both without any epidural or pain medication of any type. It is a VERY intense thing to go through. And, yes, I moaned and grunted, especially when I was pushing my children out. It is a very natural sound that comes out that you cannot help. As for women shelling them like peas without breaking a sweat...um, I would love to meet these fictitious women. It just isn't possible. Its called LABOR for a reason.

Childbirth doesn't count anyway, because men cannot do it...the comparison can't be something one sex can do that the other is incapable of.
I don't know of anything that all men do better than all women...there will almost always be some of either sex than can do something better than some/many of those of the opposite sex even if that particular sex typically is the best at doing that thing.
We go well together (men and women) when we open our minds and make the effort to understand one another. ☺

Iwas going to write alot of stuff here on this one.
I can think of alot of supporting statements for both men and women on their abilitys. I can think of knocking statements too for both. infact some of the put downs here (other answers) serve as some good examples, both as knocks and as my returning knocks by pointing them out (think about that one, I think theyre answering answers well enough)
I did however see what a lot of people writ. interesting. very.
people are individual. there seems to be a lot of confusion out there for many. so whos better? well that says more for a persons arrogance and the degree to which they need to feel powerful/important and the rest doesnt it. ah LOL.
I wonder on the quality of answers that will follow this ...

Maybe there's not that much that we actually do better than men, its just that we do loads of things as good as they do and the great thing is that we do a lot of them, all at the same time...so I think its multi-tasking that we're exceptional at.

Push through... I only know a handful of women who fall apart at the first hurdle, but I know loads of blokes. Nagging (sorry) because us guys just cant be bothered! Too much hassle. Also, look good naked (and I've heard that from lots of straight women too). =oD
