A Christian pedophile who repents of his sins, confesses his sins, makes amends for his sins, then goes and sins no more, is going to heaven after he accepts Jesus as his savior. A gay atheist would be believed to be going to hell no matter what because he would have rejected the opportunity to repent, confess, make whatever amends he needed to me, and accept Jesus as his savior, and go and sin no more.

The phrase Christian pedophile is an oxymoron, if you are describing a person who professes Christ but doesn't follow in Jesus' footsteps because he follows these wayward inclinations. Now, if your description involves a Christian who has these inclinations, but "takes up his cross daily" so-to-speak and follows Jesus, rather than these remaining inclinations, now your describing not only a hypothetical possibility, but indeed a reality.
And the major difference between those who gain eternal life and those who don't, is not due to their race, religious background, gender, or a particular sexual identity, or any other character trait, but only due whether they have met the Savior of the world, and have surrendered themselves by vowing their allegiance and obedience to His Lordship over them.

Yea, It's not what you do or done. It could be a really good person too. It's about accepting the Lord Jesus.
As for the pedophile lets hope he gets his punishment on earth. Oh, by the way I would say most prison conversions are not real. It's easy to say you are something you are not.
If you have had Christians cuss you, gay bash you. I would say they are not really saved. But as a Christian I believe the Bible and do not apologies for it. I have gay friends that know my stand but except me because I love them for them self's. And they respect me for holding to what I belive in.

The atheist part involves the one unforgivable sin. The lack of asking for forgiveness and meaning it.

That's a protestant notion of salvation, not a Catholic one. "Accepting Jesus as savior" is but the first step in coming to God. Living your life as He commands, and trying to stay out of sin is the next step. We don't believe in the assurance of salvation.
You do know, don't you, that Oscar Wilde became Catholic on his deathbed? In the end, it turns out he questioned his life and realized that perhaps he was wrong. I wouldn't recommend planning on a deathbed conversion because that is a risky approch to take!

the christian one will only go to heaven if they ask for forgiveness for all the sins they have commited.
the gay athiest will go to hell if he dies an athiest because he has not asked for forgiveness, and more over, he doesnt even believe in God.

The scriptures say God knows the intent and desires of the heart and"God is judge" so I don't feel qualified to make that judgement. Although Jesus said "Ye shall know them by their fruits."
