This is a very vague question so bare with me. How many of you feel you need to take periodic breaks from R&S every once in awhile to help heal your brain from the constant influx of "stupid", redundant, is there a God isn't there a God, questions?

Frequently. I started looking into R&S because I'm interested in world religions and instead of reasonable debate there's 100 atheist/christian/muslim etc. bashing questions for every one intelligent question designed to be thought provoking.

I certainly need a break every now and then.....

I notice that on days that I haven't been in His Word....or have forgotten to pray......those are the days when my mind goes blank for answers.

But when I'm on a regular regiment of study.....it's those times when the Holy Spirit feeds my mind the best

I have found it necessary for my peacefulness to take breaks; it has nothing to do with healing my brain.

I just find that sometimes I cannot remain peaceful here, so I take a break.

Yeah I know what you mean. I normally don't stay here for more than about twenty minutes at a time.

Also, you should take a fifteen minute break every hour for your eyes.

Very often, actually!

my patience for the non-sense has worn down to a paper-thin membrane. I just wish i had an outlet to vent the frustrations.
