He treats his employees unfairly and I'm wondering if there is anything I can do about it, without them knowing about it.. If anyone can help I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

IRS, US Dept of Labor, your state's Dept of Revenue.

Please give a little more detail. If he is treating people differently based on something like race, that would be illegal. If he's just playing favorites, or just treating everyone badly, it might not be fair, but is not illegal so there would be nothing to report to anyone.

Well if you go to your company's human resources and make a complaint you would be covered under the whistle blower act and it would be anonymous. Good luck and stick it to him!

Go to his boss and/or your HR department (if you have one) with documentation and examples of his actions. If he doesn't get reprimanded right away, Karma always gets them in the end. I will tell you I've had my share of s***** bosses and none of them are now in the position of power they once abused. Good luck to you and your co-workers!!!

Be more specific about what you mean by "unfairly."

Are we talking about racial discrimination, age discrimination, failure to pay overtime, etc.?

Would need more detail than "unfair". Unless he's doing something ILLEGAL, there's nobody to complain to.
