for the past two weeks, i've been running 3 miles seven days a week and been on a strict diet (no sugar.) but i still have a bottom pouch. my upper stomach is flat, but my pouch is still noticable. how do i lose my pouch? any advise please......

Try eating less salty, greasy, and fattening things, like butter and fast food. If that doesn't work then try drinking more water (stay away from pop/soda).

You dont say what your starting weight is or how much more you want to lose. 19 lbs in 2 weeks is an aweful lot of weight lot lose quickly. i think trying to tone up must be the way to go now doing various styles of sit ups, swimming is a good all over body toner and burns calories. dietwise cut out the bad fats - cheese, butter, fried foods ,takeaways and include plenty vegetables and fruit. use tinned fruits if you dont like fresh

Do lower ab crunches - this is where you lay on your back, and bring your knees and elbows together until they overlap. Your knees should be moving farther than your elbows.
