I am female, 25, 5 feet 6.5 inches and weighing 114 pounds.My body fat percentage is 12.2 %

It is possible that you have gained muscle mass. Weight isn't everything. Most importantly, are you healthy, and are you obviously overweight. If not, you're fine.

I would say you are either doing too much training, or your are increasing your muscle weight. Your weight and size would suggest to me that you are very, very lean. However, if you are exercising as much and as often as it seems like you are, your body is storing as much extra fat, sustenance, protein, and sugar as possible to sustain itself. So I would advise increasing your water intake, change your workouts a bit, either throw in a running day, or change intensities of your current workouts for a few weeks. Though, not knowing your body measurements it is hard to say for sure what you should do. It doesn't sound like you are disproportional and shouldn't fret over the increased weight gain. Make a few modifications to food intake and exercise and give it about 4-6 weeks to see if the changes are working. At your size and current weight, weight loss will not be an overnight thing. Muscle weight more that fat. All that matters is how you look. If your body getting tighter due to increased muscle mass I would not worry about the weight gain. Consider buying a scale that measure body fat %.

you have probably gained muscle mass...weight loss is not as important as inches lost. you need to measure yourself-waist,hips,thighs,arms,chest....& write it down,measure yourself again every week or every two weeks. over time you will see the differences...you might weigh 4 lbs more,but I can bet that you can tell the difference in the way you look & feel already...& isn't it better knowing you're going to be fit & healthy than to be a weak stick person? :)

You weigh more because you are building more muscle, which is a lot more dense than fat is.

I think thats muscles... It must be, try cutting calories instand of training- it helped me loose 30punds! only in 3 months

muscle weighs more than fat, and your body retains water when you are working out.
