It happened in the heat of battle, as well it happened at 4:30 in the morning.
I worked in a bar and had to stop a fight.
All anyone wanted was for the fighting to stop, (so that we could all go home). I was extremely tired and dead on my feet, and the last thing I needed was some fight starting.
So, I Rabbit Punched him, and it was easy (and a little bit fun too.)
Now, I have to live with him coming in all the time and calling me names like "dipshit" and saying "Only one per customer", or, "wait till I get you alone", or "wait till 5:00", ....it is so tiresome.
I even told him if he wasn't careful I'd "do it again". So now he comes in everyday and says I'm gonna get it.
And the funniest thing is : get this.... since then, one of his eyes is more open than the other, now, since that fight. He is in a band poster and looks like that, on there, too.
(Did I really do that? I don't think so, because I only hit the back of his head, not the front.)

Are you a bouncer by profession? Does the bar owner know about the threats? The owner can refuse him service for making threats against employees. If the owner refuses to do so you can sue him for having a hostile work environment. Why would a bar be open at 4:30 a.m.?

I guess that goes with working in a bar. Now, to be honest I think you like this new found attention whether it's good or bad. It gives you something to look forward to when you get to work. The reason I say that is because not once did you mention you have discuss this with your boss. Most private own business have the right to refuse to serve a customers if he or she is being difficult.

What exactly do you want? Do you want him to stop? Tell your boss and get this guy banned from coming in (him threatening you makes it an unsafe work place and your boss is obligated to ban him or face legal action). Do you want the police involved? If so, call them and report the threats. Do you just want to brag that you won? OK, we hear you. Did that help?

Well, you had to do what you had to, and as far as him coming around talking smack, dude, talk is cheap. I'd let him talk until he's blue in the face, so what. I'd laugh at him for being so stupid! People hate to be laughed at, especially when you laugh in their face and make them feel like idiots! So long as he's just running his mouth, I wouldn't worry too much. But, if he comes at you, do what you got to, friend.

If he is a customer in a bar that you work at.. tell the manager.. they can ban him from coming in... you can also get a restraining order against him.

Or get your boyfriend to beat the living crap out of him.

Several ways to handle this situation.

I would point out to him the difference in his eyes. Then, I would charge him $100 to rabbit punch him on the other side to fix his "view" on violence

He is stalking you. Talk to your manager or the owner and complain. Good luck!
