I'd have trouble seeing either of those colors at night. I'll say it would be slightly easier to see burgundy than navy blue. A lot would depend on the background it is up against.

When it comes right down to it. As the amount of light drops colors in the higher frequency spectrum (blues) become harder to see. Reds, even burgundy, remain visible for the longest period of time. Even though this amount of visable time may be small, the lower colors in the spectrum last longer.
