Do you care for him and love him? If it is natural and not a disease then why not. It is obviously not his fault or anything he caused so there is no reason to treat him differently. You never know, he might just be the best lover you have ever had.

Why did you link us to a site with no information, when there are other sites out there that define it and it's treatment (I looked after I hit your wikipedia dead end). I guess as long as I was sure that that's what they were, and I really loved the guy, it wouldn't bother me. But both of those things would have to happen.

It's no big deal. If I were in a sexual relationship with someone I wouldn't be freaked out about a skin condition, long as I knew what it was.
