There is this girl at school that I was sort of friends with for a while then she just blew me off so I told this one girl in my class that she is mean... and she is friends with her! I am so afraid that she is going to come up to me and ask me why I said she was mean! If she does what should I say!?

Be honest. Tell her you think it was very mean and rude to just blow you off for no reason. Let her know that you considered her a friend.
When asked say something like this:
"Yes, I said you were mean. I thought we were friends and then you just blew me off without any reason or explanation. I'm sorry but in my opinion this both rude and mean."
Then walk away.
