You could investigate that thoroughly but there is a major problem with that idea. Only ferrous materials (iron and steel) can be magnetized. Since seeds are not made of iron or steel there will be no magnetization. Then the step in your investigation where you first prove that one group of seeds (the subjects) is magnetized and the other (the control) is not magnetized will always show no difference and you will be stopped right there.
