I pulled a couple muscles on my legs and it's really hard to walk. Would wrapping an ace bandage around my leg help?

It can help somewhat. Just don't wrap it unless you are doing strenous activity. Make sure you stretch frequently(slow and constitantly, (DON'T BOUNCE) It will make it worse.
It would be best to soak it epsiom salt. And take it easy. Don't forget to stretch everyday even when the pain goes away. GOOD LUCK!!!!

An Ace bandage is great for a pulled muscle for some uncommon reasons. It's a nice reminder that you hurt yourself so you won't over do it. It also can help you attach a cold pack. As far as keeping you from hurting yourself I don't think it will help with that unless you had a brace involved.
When I was little I used it for pulled muscles and twisted ankles. If its more serious the best way is to see a doctor and get it fixed up. Otherwise wrap the ace bandage around that sucker and take a break.
Hope that helped :-)

Being in your situation several times I think I can be of some assistance. First HOT/COLD patch really feels good. But to be honest ... nothing short of a miracle is going to help. YOU DID CONSULT A DR.? If not, it could be more serious than you think. Crutches, ace bandages or swinging a par boiled chicken 3 times above your head, nothing but TIME heals all!!!!

The bandage should help, but it is important to not wrap it so tight that it cuts off your blood flow.

I find that one piece compression braces work best.

No. Rest it and take Motrin or Advil to reduce inflammation. Of course seeing your doctor may be a good idea as well.
