What is the difference between an Apple Crisp and a Dutch Apple pie?

Dutch apple pie has a bottom crust, and a streusel topping. Apple crisp has no bottom crust and a shortbread-type topping.

Dutch Apple pie has a crust on the bottom and crumbles on top. and Apple crisp is made with the crumbly stuff only
usually on top of the apple mixture.

Crisps do not have a bottom crust, but usually ahve some type of streusel topping.

Dutch apple pie has the streusel topping, rather than a top pastry crust, but also have a bottom (pastry) crust.
