And even if you don't think so, people should take a look at my last question. I don't bash people, but the amount of intolerance shown by some people here is just pathetic. It's 2007. Why are some people so ignorant? Anyway, what is your conclusion based on this?

"Close (closer than the last phony) but no cigar. Note the shape of the cheeks and the width of the nose.
His arms and hands are in view and appear uninjured, whereas it was reported that the real Osama's left arm was severely injured at Tora Bora.

Consider this: if this was the real Osama, didn't his appearance prove that Bush has wasted two hundred billion dollars and a thousand American lives (plus 100,000 Iraqi lives) without making us any safer from Osama? If the 2004 tape were genuine, wouldn't it prove that Bush is a total failure in his own "war on terror"?"

Allahu alem .......

There have been hundreds of stories floating around about whether or not Bin Laden is dead, claiming he died of kidney failure, or typhoid and so on...

But does it really matter if he's dead or not ...... will his death change anything for either Muslims or non-Muslim ..... the 'craziness' has gone way too far now. We are in the end times, as described in the ahadith of the Messenger of Allah (sall'Allahu alayhi wasalam), and the death of one certain individual isn't going to change the events that are already foretold.

Some Ahaadeeth on the Signs Before the Day of Judgement

Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet said, "Time will pass rapidly, good deeds will decrease, miserliness will be thrown (in the hearts of the people) afflictions will appear and there will be much 'Al-Harj." They said, "O Allah's Apostle! What is "Al-Harj?" He said, "Killing! Killing!"

Narrated Az-Zubair bin 'Adi: We went to Anas bin Malik and complained about the wrong we were suffering at the hand of Al-Hajjaj. Anas bin Malik said, "Be patient till you meet your Lord, for no time will come upon you but the time following it will be worse than it. I heard that from the Prophet."

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "There will be afflictions (in the near future) during which a sitting person will be better than a standing one, and the standing one will be better than the walking one, and the walking one will be better than the running one, and whoever will expose himself to these afflictions, they will destroy him. So whoever can find a place of protection or refuge from them, should take shelter in it.

Narrated Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman: The people used to ask Allah's Apostle about the good but I used to ask him about the evil lest I should be overtaken by them. So I said, "O Allah's Apostle! We were living in ignorance and in an (extremely) worst atmosphere, then Allah brought to us this good (i.e., Islam); will there be any evil after this good?" He said, "Yes." I said, 'Will there be any good after that evil?" He replied, "Yes, but it will be tainted (not pure.)'' I asked, "What will be its taint?" He replied, "(There will be) some people who will guide others not according to my tradition? You will approve of some of their deeds and disapprove of some others." I asked, "Will there be any evil after that good?" He replied, "Yes, (there will be) some people calling at the gates of the (Hell) Fire, and whoever will respond to their call, will be thrown by them into the (Hell) Fire." I said, "O Allah s Apostle! Will you describe them to us?" He said, "They will be from our own people and will speak our language." I said, "What do you order me to do if such a state should take place in my life?" He said, "Stick to the group of Muslims and their Imam (ruler)." I said, "If there is neither a group of Muslims nor an Imam (ruler)?" He said, "Then turn away from all those sects even if you were to bite (eat) the roots of a tree till death overtakes you while you are in that state."

Narrated Abu Sa'id: One day Allah's Apostle narrated to us a long narration about Ad-Dajjal and among the things he narrated to us, was: "Ad-Dajjal will come, and he will be forbidden to enter the mountain passes of Medina. He will encamp in one of the salt areas neighboring Medina and there will appear to him a man who will be the best or one of the best of the people. He will say 'I testify that you are Ad-Dajjal whose story Allah's Apostle has told us.' Ad-Dajjal will say (to his audience), 'Look, if I kill this man and then give him life, will you have any doubt about my claim?' They will reply, 'No,' Then Ad-Dajjal will kill that man and then will make him alive. The man will say, 'By Allah, now I recognize you more than ever!' Ad-Dajjal will then try to kill him (again) but he will not be given the power to do so."

Narrated Zainab bint Jahsh: That one day Allah's Apostle entered upon her in a state of fear and said, "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah! Woe to the Arabs from the Great evil that has approached (them). Today a hole has been opened in the dam of Gog and Magog like this." The Prophet made a circle with his index finger and thumb. Zainab bint Jahsh added: I said, "O Alllah's Apostle! Shall we be destroyed though there will be righteous people among us?" The Prophet said, "Yes, if the (number) of evil (persons) increased."

Bin Laden in the past had training and all support from USA. Now Bush doesn't want him to be died otherwise there will be Americans asking why the war on terror is still working. He always needs a reason to make his people busy and waiting for results.
It's an old political game but used in a modern way.

Oh but I beg to differ.

We are safer than now from Osama and any other Islamo- Fascist murderer.

Because of 9-11 there are those that have taken up the fight even here in this forum against terrorist ideology.

There are people reaching out to Muslims as we speak to illuminate that Muhammed was a false prophet and "Child Molester"!

Muslims are having an encounter with the "Real" God and turning their back on Darkness because of God's people reaching out to Muslims.

The things you are saying, my dear, I hear the exact same thing from the Al-Qaeda people.

Birds of a feather?

Whether he is physically alive or dead makes no difference.
Osama is spiritually dead and will never experience Gods Love for eternity. His home will be in the lake of fire if he does not repent of his sin. The United States government, along with our allies, have broken up many terrorist plots since 9-11....I consider this victory and not failure. Also, americans have not isolated themselves in their homes and hid from these threats, rather, we have carried on with our lives, traveling all over the world, going to sporting events -etc. I do not look at the events in Iraq as an american failure, rather I see this as a failure of Muslims to control their own people and nations. Bush never intended to conquer, his intent was to keep America safe from further attacks and he has done a fine job of doing this. The failure in Iraq is squarely on the Muslim population in that area. Only a few Muslim nations are taking action against these terrorists, the rest sit and do nothing. Their own people are being slaughtered and the Muslim nations sit quietly and do nothing.
This is not a failure of American policy, it is a failure of Islam policy to teach peace and love. That part of the world has been in constant turmoil, constant bloodshed, since time began. Why hasn't Islam's own people done something to restore the peace? Why does the rest of the world have to get involved? Americas troubles in Iraq are because Islam has not been able to control the blood thirsty appetites of some of it's people. America would not even be in Iraq, if it wasn't for the Failure of Islam to promote peace and love amongst it's people. All nations, all people are entitled to live free and in peace with one another. This is God's plan for the world and all it's people. God is opposed to Tyrant dictators who stay in power through the use of fear and bloodshed. It is time for all countries to elect their leaders by a vote of the people and put an end to the corrupt regimes that constantly entangle the peaceful people of this world in war and hate.
God Bless Everyone....Peace.

THERE was ruin and terror in Manhattan, but, over the Hudson River in New Jersey, a handful of men were dancing. As the World Trade Centre burned and crumpled, the five men celebrated and filmed the worst atrocity ever committed on American soil as it played out before their eyes.

By 4pm on the afternoon of September 11, the van was spotted near New Jersey’s Giants stadium. A squad car pulled it over and inside were five men in their 20s. They were hustled out of the car with guns levelled at their heads and handcuffed.

In the car was $4700 in cash, a couple of foreign passports and a pair of box cutters – the concealed Stanley Knife-type blades used by the 19 hijackers who’d flown jetliners into the World Trade Centre and Pentagon just hours before. There were also fresh pictures of the men standing with the smouldering wreckage of the Twin Towers in the background. One image showed a hand flicking a lighter in front of the devastated buildings, like a fan at a pop concert. The driver of the van then told the arresting officers: “We are Israeli. We are not your problem. Your problems are our problems. The Palestinians are the problem.”

He is such an important icon...., used as a reason to continue the war.... I will not be surprised if he is alive somewhere under the protection of the American government and the Arabs Emirates. So its just convenient sometimes to declaring him dead. But one way or the other... I agree with you there is just no justification for all the killing and the draining of our economy!
Thanks.

He has wasted all of this money to obtain huge reserves of crude oil and fooling people like us into thinking that he is pursuing the likes of Osama. Osama is a brainchild of the USA; born in the 1980's when Afghanistan was under Soviet oppression. The US CREATED Osama as a veil to exterminate innocent civilians in a multitude of countries for oil and power.
Osama was one of those Mujahideen who were publicly endorsed and funded by the US to carry out attacks on the Soviets in the 1980's with Pakistan's support under Zia ul Haq.

i saw all the tapes and photos on al jazeera, none had him with this big flat nose.
he was made and tailored by bush. the destruction of the trade centres was minitored by bush , see how the metal melted in seconds bec there were explosives in the biuldings. the criminals who thought they carried out the explosion were puppets used by the master minds.
when the americans invaded afghanistan, lorries were seen in lines departing in peace. they werent inspected bec it was known he was in one of them.
he might have had a cosmetc opearation that chaned his features altogether. but with or without it, no one will catch him. he is the woolf that we are scared of all the time.
worst still, his men have spread in the middle east to threaten innocent people. who is responsible for this epidemic, the great emperor, of course.
it's a plan. he wants eveyone to be scared, ruler and citizen alike in te middle east, while he s far frowning or smiling as the occasion demands.

Osama is dead, he has not been seen in more than 2 years and the tapes could be anyone. If he were alive, he would be playing a more active, open role in his rein of terror.

The United States of America can't defeat a country the size of Texas (Iraq)
and they can't defeat a man that lives within a cave.
How in the world do they expect to beat a country like Iran that is building massive nuclear power?

America is in deep trouble.

Injuries heal. I've known people who've been literally shattered in car crashes, and a few years later, a casual observer would not know.

I suspect he is alive, although I do not know it for sure. We haven't heard a tape from him since 2006.
