The "Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities" questionnaire, given by the US Federal Gov't, is designed not only to help the gov't assess your background. As such, you shouldn't need (and, quite frankly, should avoid) the help of strangers to answer that which you should already know (do you want to get the job on your own merits or because someone helped you get into something for which you may not be prepared?).

Regardless, there are plenty of resources on the web and in your local library that can help you (the second link, below, concerns KSA's and avoiding ripoffs, near the bottom of that page). You can even enter "KSA" into the "Search for questions" box at the top of nearly every "Yahoo Answers" page!
