I'm glad to see that you think the fires which have killed many people in Greece are just a big joke.

You make me sick.

The suspision is that many of the fires were started by property developers. In Greece afforested land is protected against development, burn down the forest and it can be developed.

The exceptional heatwave that has affected much of southern Europe for the last few months has left large areas like a tinderbox. Forest fires in Greece aren't unusual, this year it's the scale of them and speed at which they're spreading that has caught so many people out.

I agree whole heartedly with Cosmo.

Although I think that there are many things that Al Gore does that are a disservice to the very cause that he is promoting, false allegations of a crime or of any other sort of bad behavior are inexcusable.

Why are you concerned with Al Gore?

Do you think the Ph.D. climatologists of the world get their ideas from him?

"There's a better scientific consensus on this [climate change] than on any issue I know... Global warming is almost a no-brainer at this point. You really can't find intelligent, quantitative arguments to make it go away."

Do you think world leaders saw a movie and decided that this was worth all the trouble they're going to?

Do you think this guy listens to Al Gore?

No, and to imply that he did, in a published medium, is libel. In this case, it is also a false accusation of a felony.
