dunno, I do however know that God in the past has used a nation's military to bring either honor or disgrace to a country:
"But thou hast cast off, and put us to shame; and goest not forth with our armies. Thou makest us to turn back from the enemy: and they which hate us spoil for themselves. Thou hast given us like sheep appointed for meat; and hast scattered us among the heathen." - Psalm 44:9-11.
Weather the actions of Bush in declaring these wars in Afghanistan and Iraq is justified is hard to say because there is so much "behind the scenes" stuff we don't know, we can only speculate from what we hear in the media.
"Wisdom is better than weapons of war: but one sinner destroyeth much good." - Ecclesiastes 9:18,

If you look at society today, no one is innocent anymore, through your taxes you sponser the death of people in other countries through war or other acts of aggression, and you sponser death here in the usa through taxes by supporting the death penalty with the taxes. Either way you still support the death of someone who has done you no wrong and have lost your innocence through it.There are some people who have managed to avoid it and i do agree that PTSD happens to many people who kill a person and i think its more of an affliction from the mind instead of by a divine being, but who knows if the divine wanted to curse us wouldnt it go and use nature instead of going against it. I think it could be a curse from the divine.

The word is bribe not reward. And no this is a twisting of the Bible verse. Besides there are no innocents in war, just those in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Soldiers are getting payed for a job to protect the freedom of the USA. They are not being rewarded for killing. Remember God killed lots of people, do you think he felt rewarded for that? He even sent his only Son to die for Our sins. God is the only one who knows what is in the hearts of man. God is the only one who is to judge. God is a loving, forgiving, Merciful God.
Perhaps you should be praying not judging. "If disaster comes upon us...we will stand before this temple and in Your presence, and cry out to You in our affliction, and You will hear and save." 2 Chronicles 20:9

Dear Goddess, do you people actually THINK like this?
They go where they are told. Why? Because they are soldiers and that is what soldiers do. They are doing their job to protect YOUR freedom. Don't spit on their death's with your propaganda.
You have a problem with the war? Take it up with the President. Leave the soldiers alone.

If that were true, then the insurgents would have PTSD, not the soldiers.
Quit spouting about things you know nothing about.

PTSD occurs when a human is exposed to a traumatic event. Rape victims experience it, those in car wrecks, earthquakes... ALL traumatic events.
The perfect Scripture for our men and women serving to protect America against the terrorists whose families are paid exorbitant funds for their children's "martyrdom" is Psalm 91.
Psalm 91
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.
For he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
He shall cover thee with his pinions, and under his wings shalt thou take refuge: his truth is a shield and a buckler.
Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night, nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
For the pestilence that walketh in darkness, nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.
A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold, and see the reward of the wicked.
For thou, O LORD, art my refuge! thou hast made the Most High thy habitation;
There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy tent.
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.
Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the serpent shalt thou trample under feet.
Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.
He shall call upon me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble: I will deliver him, and honour him.
With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
There will be Peace.
