Many studys show that these "weight loss pills" that are over the counter cause alot of intestinal problems along with many other problems in your digestive system.

I strongly suggest, losing weight the correct way...Healthy food, plenty of water and exercise. It took a while to pack the extra pounds on, right? it didn't just happen overnight*..so........now is the time to Focus on Your body/Your Health and take the weight off for Good* this will be (as you've probably heard before) A CHANGE FOR LIFE~

You have to stay Positive, You have to battle your cravings and reach for a healthy meal instead....Stay Focussed* It will be Sooo Worth it in the long run* :)

Best WIshes and Keep on SMilin*

I searched the Internet, spent ages looking up the different ingredients and the really bad effects they have on the body. And opted for SAS lab High potency weight loss package- £100. It only makes me less hungry. I have never, ever, lost any weight using these things. Disappointed, but will power is the way. And although this guy with the detox message is answering every question. If you want to drop weight fast the maple syrup detox will do it. I have lost 26lbs so far, need to really be careful when eating normally though.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

I have tried many. But TrimSpa by far has worked for me. I don't feel the usual side effects like pounding heart, or dizziness like some others I've tried, like Dexatrim. You should really make sure you don't have an irregular heart beat or high blood pressure though, since all diet pills have ingredients like caffine that DO cause increased heart rate as well as raise your blood pressure even though you may not be feeling any side effect!

Here is a place that reviews a bunch of weight loss programs, dieting aides, supplements and so on. The site even has categories like diabetes, low fat and hypnosis. Pretty cool site.

http://www.reviewplace.com/cat-135-DietsWeightLoss--Top-10-Weight-Loss-Programs.html

Many of the products and programs listed have consumer reviews, so you can read what others think before you decide on one for yourself.

Hope this helps!

Having seen this I want to share something because I spent many years jumping from diet to diet without seeing any results until I discovered Pams magic plan (i found it on google). Without doubt its the best weight loss that I have ever achieved and i have kept it off to this day.

Keep this meal between 400 and 600 calories. Serve yourself a small portion, so if you like going back for seconds, you'll just turn out eating a normal-size portion.
