It appears that B. rhamnoides name is a synonym of the following, although you'd have to track down the reference for both species descriptions, along with their types, to verify this.

Breynia vitis-idaea (Burm. f.) C. E. C. Fisch.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breynia
According to Wikipedia Breynia is a genus of plant in the family Phyllanthaceae, which contains 35 species and is spread across several continents.

It also says that there are many other names for this genus, including:
Foersteria
Forsteria
Melanthes
Melanthesa
Melanthesopsis

So its latin name could be construed as
Foersteria rhamnoides
Forsteria rhamnoides
Melanthes rhamnoides
Melanthesa rhamnoides
Melanthesopsis rhamnoides

I have searched hard on Google and I don't think it has a common name in English.
