Not until the human race first become extinct - you get wallys who feed the little rat birds and even stupider people who breed them!

Why do you want an animal to be extinct? They are here and they ain't leaving. If you want them to leave go move to a place that doesn't have as many pigeons. Pigeons are beautiful if you look at their patterns, different colors, and behavior. Breeding pigeons is fun and they aren't only gray and boring as obviously you may think. They are many diff. colors. They are smarter than you too. They can see better, smell better, and hear better, AND THEY ARE JUST PLAIN SMARTER THAN YOU!!!!!! They are very useful too.

We feed the wild pigeons, I love having lots of birds in my yard. We feed hummingbirds, northern flickers, stellar jays and pigeons so when you look out the window there are always birds and squirrels moving around in the yard. I don't want any to be extinct.

why would they get extinct?
and they're bred for racing. the top prize is a few million dollars for a race in south africa somewhere. They have a homing instict like an inbuilt GPS, flying hundreds of miles back to a specific location all by themselves

There were some that are now extinct the Carrier Pigeon to name but one,if you wait long enough then others will become extinct, so bide your time hinny!

pigeons will always be around due to humans being around.
Stop dropping scraps of food on the floor everywhere... and they'll be less pigeons... but they'll always be around!!
