I wrote a similar program for my daughter two years ago. She could "book" flghts between 13 different airports for 20 different customers, using their 'credit card' numbers - fake ones 12 digits long.
the airports are:
Ireland (Northern & Republic) Dublin, Belfast city, Belfast International, Connacht, Derry.
England: London Heathrow, Newcastle, Manchester
Scotland: Glasgow
France: Charles de Gaul
USA: JFK, Sacramento
Canada: Toronto
Most of the flights were based on old timetables, when I get tired, I started making them up.
If you tell me the name of a local airport and make up a name for her 'company' - I'll change the main language to English (its in Irish at the moment) and do you a 'custom version' for her free of charge.

Most online travel services, like Orbitz.com have a lot of options to choose from. It could keep her busy for hours. The up side is that unless you give the little lady your credit card info she cant actually execute her plans....just make sure you dont have that info stored on the website or your computer!

I'm not sure if there is or not...but you could try...
www.download.com
and they have TONS of things that you can download, so it wouldn't hurt to check that out. Also just type in the yahoo or google search box for keywords that might help you find a game like that for you daughter. Hope this helps :)

Just make a form in word or whatever word processing program you have. Then print and let her practice writing.

Or make some kind of calendar sheet out of excel. Something that looks official to her, even if it doesn't to you. That would be so cute.
Hope this helps!
