I heard that Japanese could load a low voltage without any wires in one direction for 1 meter! Of course 1 meter is nothing. But can we get rid of wires in next 50 or 100 years?

no the wires will be stronger and more hungry they will eat our brains and then we will be the wires but that's ok because our psychic abilities will be put to use at last

Yes maybe, And maybe more than maybe. because I heard about it too. I heard that they could extend it to 100 meters. So I hope it would happen(That I'm sure)!

I don't think it would be possible for long distance. Too much energy would be lost. More likely all wires will be underground, or better yet, all homes and buildings would have their own power source, such as roof mounted wind turbines or solar panels.
