We identify too much with our feelings intead of realizing we only have feeling. It's like identifying with thoughts, our body, our car, our world view and even our personality. We can switch easily. It's like identifying with the water in surfing. You identify with the ride. If you concentrate on the water you go in and are scraped along the bottom. Same thing with feelings. You either ride them or they ride over you. When you surf them, you can surf bigger and bigger emotions and a wave of emotions. Neat, huh? You can even ride a new personality, one without negative judgmental words right into being most popular, best judgment, most intuitive, smartest (it accesses your genius and love). To easy.

Because you give up on yourself easily and start pouting in order to make the person that annoyed you feel sorry for you. It manipulative, even if you aren't doing it on purpose. I suggest you find a different way to win arguements and quit being a drama queen because nobody respects a person like that.
