Alright if you smoke as far as pulse and o2 however the Razene your taking may be the reason for tachycardia. Bp is way low, maybe the med's your taking? You may be having an adverse reaction to that phergan or doxepin. Consult your doctor because 75/45 is really really low.

Your SaO2 levels are normal... although the pulse may be considered high. *Which is normal for most people, especially if you are nervous and taking this in a doctors office, this will probably go down if you take deep breaths and try to calm yourself down* As far as the blood pressure that is low. Both systolic and diastolic. "normal" depending on your age and activity level is about 120/80 give or take 10 points in either direction. I would have this checked out with a doctor. Are you really active? Don't assume it is hypertension like others have stated that is usually associated with High Blood pressure. Just have it checked by a physician.

Your blood pressure is too low. It should be between 90/60 and 120/80. Even up to 140/90 is still OK although that is normally regarded as prehypertension.

Your pulse is much too high. It should be between 50 and 80 and closer to 50 would be better than closer to 80.

SaO2. Heaven knows. What on earth is SaO2?

You're kidding, right? Get yourself to a doctor. I'm surprised you're not passed out on the floor some place. If your blood pressure is really 75/45 you are in trouble. Get to a doctor, now.

blood pressure is too low, normal value is 110-120/70-80
pulse is too high, this is severe tachycardia, normal pulse in an adult is 60-80 beats per minute
O2 sat is good but also could be better, about 98%
And now...
GO TO THE CARDIOLOGIST ASAP!!!

well you left out one key piece of info---age? and med conditions and medications. some medications will cause a decrease in bp. your vitals show that you pressure is low you heart is beating fast and you oxygen satuaration level is decent- i would give you 2-3 lpm o2 by cannula if you were my patient, but if you smoke your spo2 level could be normal

it is clearly abnormal.
blood pressure should be around 120/80mmhg. if not u lack of blood goes to your brain.
heart rate is raised if above 72/min. it shows the heart is compansating for hypotension, may be lack of blood volume or hemoglobin[ oxygen carrier]
oxygen saturation should be aroud 98% or more.if low may be due to bronchospasm, lung congestion, lungs infection etc. chest x ray will help in the diagnosis
