Type "recycled paper" into Dawn's search box at the top. A whole bunch of options (7 pages) will come up. Good luck with your search.

I just sent out my invitations and I got them from www.invitesite.com. All 100 % recycled paper and some really cute designs. You have the option of printing them yourself (which I did), of having them print them for you for an additional charge. I called to order them at night and the woman who answered was very nice and helpful; I think she runs the company out of her house or something, which I think is a plus b/c she's much more personal and you're supporting a small business instead of a huge cooperation. The only downfall is that they are a little pricier that regular wedding invitations, but they look great! Congratulations and Good Luck!

I am a graphic designer, and for my wedding, my Uncle, who is in the printing business, helped us print our self-designed invites. The coolest part about it, is not only was the paper made from recycled materials, but it contained seeds in the paper...so the guests all went and planted the invitation in the ground, and flowers grew from it. I dont know what the paper was called, but if you call a local print shop, they'd be able to help you. Good luck!

How green you going with the wedding- how hand made do you want them to be? But, I love the idea of planting them- I've done a course on making paper and putting seeds in them, have you thought about making your own paper? Tumble dryer fly is a great binder!!I had ours done in Thailand, where we're marrying. A local lady sent some designs which we cannibalized to make the card we wanted and she made them for us, hand made paper and envelopes, but then there's the air miles, in posting them. But they cost 30p each.

You can choose to email to your friends if they think it is okay.Or you can go to wedding Channel because there are many invitations you can choose.Recyled paper is a good choice, and I don't suggest the plastic stuff because it's not good to environment.I hope this can help you.

So you can invite people to fly in and drive their suv's from all over to come to your wedding ?? Why don't you do your wedding on a webcam and tell them all to stay home and email out invitations if you're that worried about it ?? It's nice to do symbolic things but they really don't add up to much.
BTW: flip through the questions in marriage and divorce. You may change your mind about the whole deal.
