they should not be allowed to have what is termed anchor babies for the tax payers to support with medical school ect. they should be allowed replacements for themselves and anything beyond that should not be given help for, in fact there is a way to stop it for not just illegals but others as well it should go in reverse the more kids you have the less help you get that would stop a lot of baby makers there

Medicare is a health subsidy for elderly retirees. The main government health insurance benefit for the poor is Medicaid. Hospitals can seek emergency Medicaid reimbursement for any non-paying patient, regardless of legal status. Hospitals are required by law to stabilize any patient who shows up in the emergency room, regardless of the patient's legal status or ability to pay. If a hospital thinks it won't be able to collect money from a patient, it bills Medicaid instead. No valid SSN = free emergency room care. Fun fact: 87% of all households headed by illegal immigrants get at least one kind of federal means-tested benefit. These households get food stamps, WIC, cash welfare, and housing subsidies on behalf of US-born children. The benefits are in the child's name but it is the parents' reported income that determines whether the child qualifies and it is the parents who control the benefits. No family on assistance takes food bought with an EBT card and locks it in a cupboard with a sign reading "For US citizens only." Food stamps, WIC, and cash payments are shared among all family members, one reason why all public assistance except for Medicaid should be reformulated as a family assistance package with a benefit cap. If the parents have more children after getting on welfare, they don't get any increase in benefits whatsoever. Means-tested benefits make up 18% of the federal budget, and that's only the federal contribution. States also pay for part of the costs of food stamps, Medicaid, and the like for their residents, and California, Massachusetts, and others also use state tax money to fund their own state assistance programs, many of which require recipients to show only state residency, not legal status. Yes, illegal immigrants DO get welfare.

Well..A illegal Immigrant is not entitled to welfare. So you um..got it wrong there. Oh by the way..I assume you meant Hispanics on welfare.right.? Well it's sad to think that some people would want to deprive innocent children who have done nothing wrong to be punished and to suffer from a daily meal and roof over their heads. Sad world we live in if people have gone or thought of going that far.........

I hate to say it but they really need to all be sent home to where they came from. Being on welfare is doesn't seem to be giving them a better life or choses. What a shame? However, they are here illegally. So maybe we should give them a small bit of aid and take them over the border. This way we are not leaving them empty handed.
There should be no limit. Once an illegal has a baby in our country they need to be immediately shipped home. Period

I think we should put a limit on how many idiots can post questions. But there should be a limit on the number of kids you can have period if you are not going to be responsible for those children. That applies to legal or illegal.

If they're not here legally, what makes you think they'd adhere to the children limit? They can have as many kids as they want...once they've gone home.

They dont need it, only the puerto ricans use welfare a lot to be at home. The undocumented have more than one job so they dont need to ask the government for those thing. Welfare is for disabled people and for lazy citizens who act like they are sick . If they are not really sick the govenment should send them to jail...........

No! One child can get just as hungry as another. Besides
it would only affect the White and Black Americans. If an
illegal is ever on welfare it is for a very short time. They don't
want to bring unwanted attention to themselves. I don't figure
you have any Mexican friends which leads me to ask. What
welfare office do you use? Attention to a group in the street
is not the same as giving your name and address. Come on.
