im british so ive heard about it on bbc news which is less likely to be biased than american tv.

if this gonzales guy was doing the same thing for another country, america would probaly declaring war right now saying they are commiting a crime and not giving people their rights, but if america does it then its ok, this is one reason why we need another superpower who will put america in its place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you know what is meant by a leading question? Your ? assumes facts not in evidence.
Imagine this: You go into court. The judge says "Do you still beat your wife?" Answer "yes" or "no" and you are convicted.
