I'm writing an essay (in German) abouty asylum seeking in Germany and am struggling to find information - does anyone know any good websites? (not Wikipedia please).

I know you asked for online sources, but you should also check a book called *The Politics of Exclusion: Institutions and Immigration Policy in Contemporary Germany*. It's up-to-date (2004) and covers asylum law.

where you can poke around or type "Asylrecht" into the page's search window.
Those are "primary" sources on the issue and you can't really beat them for reliability.
