a year in a half ago i was overweight and then i started throwing up all the junk food i ate and have considerbaly been doing that since. I excersised to and lost 20 pounds i have maintained that weight because even after throwing up the extra junk food i still get my days worth of calories now is this a good thing or a bad thing?Also i dont feel sick or anything nothing have changed in my life besides my pants sizes.

of course its a bad thing
this is the same old stuff im gunna say that everyone says

have you never seen anybody talk about this on tv before?

after a while your teeth will fall out and so will your hair

not to mention the damage it does to your body on the insides

sorry but if your not sure if its a good or bad thing your very naive

these are the things you can look forward to


* Sore throat and mouth infections
* Dehydration, and poor skin
* Sleeping problems
* Heart problems
* Muscle spasms
* Bad teeth
* Changes in periods if you are a girl
* Swollen glands
* Isolating yourself
* Feeling helpless

If you're still throwing up, even if you're still getting your correct amount of calories, you'd be considered bulimic, because you're still carrying out the "bulimic function" of throwing up.

I've done this myself, and would reccommend seeing somone about it so you can get better, because it's not just about the weight gain/loss, it's also about the confidence issues around with your body.

Yes, you are bulimic. Throwing up so much will eventually harm your esophagus and your mouth and will rot your teeth. Why not just stop eating the junk food?
