BP Product Company (US component presumably) is no different than Shell, or Chevron, or Exxon, or Mobil. They try to win the support of leftist by pretending to be one of them and making commercials that suggest they are trying to save the world from global warming. Give me a break!

I've not heard about this competition and couldn't find anything on the BP website about it. There's lots of info about climate chnage but nothing about an essay competition. Here's a couple of links to BP Environmental and Climate Change websites...

I have heard about the said competition (or maybe similar one) from my professor in my university. i don;t know BP though.
