By the world's standards for adopting, she can adopt. No one can actually prevent adopting a child due to their religious belief, but it would be better to be adopted by a Christian, I think. Madonna seems like a good mother, although she may not represent her moral belief previously with her stage performance and personal life. This little boy will have to find his way through it all to become who he choses to be,and hopefully it will be a Christian. He has been lifted out of a land with little hope, and he will find his way with the help of God. I pray that he will find it.

It is better for a bible believing person to adopt but I am not to judge as to if Madonna should adopt or not. I don't personally know her. I do like the fact that she is a married woman and seems to be able to give a stable life to a child. I do wish she was a bible believing woman.

Yes. She is probably a better parent than many are who claim to be good Christians. As long as she takes care of her child, I am all for her adopting. She is helping a child who would otherwise have a sad life.
Good for her! Good for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.
Helping a child is never wrong.
I am not supposedly "born again" and am not a fundamentalist, but I felt compelled to answer.

I pity any child that is around Madonna, let alone raised by her. Trying to help is good, but we both know, "what does it profit a man to gain the whole world but lose his soul."?

God likes good things period. He likes it when anybody does anything good in His sight. So now the question basically depends on "will she be a good mother"

you mean youre keen to meet another with the apparent same arrogance as you...to help you make sense of your senseless and destructive thinking -
Love thy neighbour - is a commandment given by god, not a prophet or disciple of christ....maybe you need to be reminded - would hardly think so my born again friend....
good luck too....others may not entertain your question so well....

should muslims or jews or christians be allowed to adopt? depends on what side of the fence you're on as to what you'd call ''the occult.''
