Just study and ignore that person, take tuition and move in group, have mobile with you, & self protection kit (see femina mag.). if he troubles you physically call the police. meet his family, wife and children, and tell his wife about his motive.

Are you kidding me?

First off, no grade in school is ever worth selling your dignity, that is unless you want it THAT bad

Second, if you "complain," I'm assuming he meant if you complain to the Dean of the school, then he said he would kill you. How exactly is he going to kill you? Does he know where you live? Does he have the means like the type of weapon to do it? Maybe you should dropped the class and take it next quarter with another professor, that way you wont have to have sex with him and you don't have to die by complaining to someone. How much is 6 months of your life going to cost anyways? I'm sure its worth saving your dignity

Third, you said he was very dangerous. He's a Physics professor correct? How dangerous can he be? Does he wear thick coke bottle glasses and knows Jedi mind tricks or something? It's not rocket science this professor is probably intimidating you because he can and because you let him.

Lastly, you said you don't want to lose this year by failing and that you don't want to complain. Well there you have it, you just answered your own question. You only have one choice left. Were you expecting people on yahoo to find some miracle answer for you?

Give me a break kid, go file a police report like any normal person would. The incentive is you can probably sue the campus for loads of money. Who needs school after that? There I just solved your problem.

He is a problem and should not be teaching. You will not have been the first person he has threatened. How dangerous is he is another problem. Do your best to not be alone at any time with him. I would suggest you tell your parents first so that you have back up and then go talk to the police and tell them what is happening. They will probably tell you to go to college administration and they will probably try to cover it up. Can you transfer classes? The worst part of this is that he will continue to harrass students until he does hurt someone and he really needs to be stopped. Are you close to any other professors that would step up and help you? There are some professors that are like some cops-they get so wrapped up in the job and the power they have over others they forget what they are actually there for. Why not ask this question and put it under law and see if you can get some good advice from a policeman. You need to have proof otherwise they will back the professor because of his years on the job. On the other hand, you need to stop him but it is a high price to pay. You do need to tell people because it is your only protection against him. If you don't want to report him, get out of his class and take his class somewhere else. All of this still doesn't mean he won't go after you. Your only protection is in letting people know. I wish you the best, you're going to need it to get out of this unscathed. How will you feel if you find out he went after someone else and you did nothing? There are plenty of others he has done this to, maybe you can find some of them. If you could all come forward. . .Sorry, you're in a tough spot.

1.Assuming that you are from India, the cops won't help.
2.When you say "don't tell me to complain", I assume that means the college authorities.
3.You don't want to drop classes and loose the year.
So what are your choices?
1. Sleep with him and hope he is too old to do any harm. (45 is quite old in India).
2. Get your boy friend ( assuming you have one, which I seriously doubt), else your brother ( make one if you don't have your own) to bash up the professor to the extent that he is no good for sex till the end of the academic session.
3. Make friends with his wife or daughter and land up at his place with them for company.
4. Date his son and let the professor know.
5. Get a sex worker to satisfy his desires at a set up finalised by you. You pay the bills and let him know that you are paying through your nose.

Have you tried talking to your friends and checking to see if any of them got the same threat? It makes your case look stronger if there's more victims. Is there some sort of school counselor whom you can go to regarding this?

Do you think you can try to tape down a conversation with him? (I know that sounds oh so drama and all, but it really helps as people have a tendency to *not* want to believe the worst of a fellow colleague or someone in a position like a professor.)

You *have* to lodge a report or complain about him to someone. There's no other way about it. I honestly don't think he'd kill you but he might fail you if you don't comply with his demands. It is not right of him to be doing this. You shouldn't have to put up with this behavior.

Surely there is someone who outranks him or who oversees student welfare. Seek out help there. I'd say go to the police as a last resort.

Try not to let this drag on; you want this nightmare to end, don't you?

Good luck.

Yes, you can, and need to do so immediately. Go to the police and call and attorney immediately. Make sure that the police know that he has threatened your life if you told anyone. File a sexual harassment charge against him, and stop him in his tracks. You are probably not the only one he has done this to. Get the attorney to file for financial reimbursement from the school and the professor. You will be able to attend any school you want with the money you will receive. Make sure that the attorney knows that this man has also threatened your life.

This is funny. You specifically ask them not to tell you to complain, and yet that's what everyone tells you to do.

If reporting him is not an option, then you have two other options.

A. Drop the class and try to take it later with a different professor.

B. Sleep with him. It will be the easiest A you ever got. Just don't tell anyone. You're only a **** if people know.

You are 23.Must be doing Post graduate. Can he fail you in your finals?I dont think so.Even in college undergraduate,I believe the exams are by University.Dont you have parents at home,in whom you can confide.Or any friends?Or your Student's union? And ask for help instead of putting a question here.Did you ask for his favours?or try to impress him?
I am a woman myself, but my dear, you dont sound very convincing. If it is true by any chance, and you are not at fault at all ,then this is not the way to handle it.Take help of your family, friends and Principal and Police of your college if your complaint is genuine.

you are in a no win situation unless you report your physics professor, only for your own safety, how can you be sure the demands will stop and that he still will fail you for even more sex!!! What about your self respect, sex for honers! If he gets away with it with you , what about others in the future?? It is your duty to report this urgently.

Don't think only of yourself. If you complain to the proper authority your physics professor will not be able to fail or kill you, he would soon be removed from teaching profession or he could even be put to jail. By doing so, you'll be able to prevent him from victimizing other students.

Yes, yes, YES you can complain. Go straight to the police with the threats - they will protect you. He cannot fail you for not having sex with him. See if you can tape him threatening you, hide a micro recorder in your pocket. He is able to do this - to you and other girls - because he knows you are all to frightened to do anything about it. He is powerless if you rat him out - show him what you're made of!!
