I know you are suppose to wash with listerine everytime I eat or drink (anything except water).... or if i smoked.. that too... but what are the steps the tongue takes when healing.

I have been following the directions but now there is white puss looking stuff gradually coming from underneath my tongue... is that normal?

it's not an infection (if it was, it'd be more yellow, it'd smell nasty, and your tongue would generally hurt)

white discharge is a normal part of the healing part of all piercings, and nothing to worry about. if you've been taking care of your piercing, and it doesn't hurt, it should be absolutely fine

White pus? I would say you have an infection. Have it checked before it gets worse!
