What do you mean exactly?You dont "Confess" to talk.Confessing is an act of admitting your mistakes.If you mean you want to confess to your girlfriend,just say," sorry,It was all my fault,I made the biggest mistake and it will not happen again"loudly so that she can hear clearly.
