I ask as a matter of debate, not as an attack or a sermon.

Is it my responsibility to prove it to you? I am merely telling you what I believe and why I believe it. You, by your statements about scientific research and discovery, are doing the exact same thing.

I am not the one who has to prove God's existence to you. It is in fact your responsibility, if you choose, to be open to the possibility that he exists. And by open, I don't mean sarcastic remarks about challenging him to a duel... it has to be a sincere desire from inside of you to invite his presence.

And legally, no it is not fair for you to say that--the same freedom of religion that keeps my faith out of government protects my faith from the government.

I can not show you God, only tell you about him, God already sent his son for our sins and if you truly seek him you will see, he will work in your life. If you chose not to believe and don't want to hear about him it might be a good idea to stay out of the R&S section, sence this is a Religion section what did you expect to here about?

Okay. Well, I suppose that God didn't give you the evidence. He gave me the evidence.

There is nobody here who can force you to believe. And now that you know that, why are you still here asking questions like this? If God does not give you the evidence, who am I to argue with Him?

I got my evidence from Him. Get your own.

Is it fair, reasonable, just, understandable............I do not know.
What I do know, is that God is the supreme ruler, He is just, He makes the "rules", and etiher we play by the rules or we lose.

"Shut up about it already"............it was YOU who asked the question.

Yes. "If people think God is interesting, the onus is on them to show that there is something to be interested in. If not they should just shut up about it" (Richard Dawkins)

No. Because what I think is my business and you can shut up about my business. And, btw, you have the option to not listen.
