I've had experiences similar to yours, but fortunately my cousins were always a couple of states away.

Best advice I could give in this situation is stay out of the "Deliverance" zone, & ask your cousin if she has any single friends who might be interested in you. Perhaps she has a friend with a lot of her good qualities who will appreciate you, & won't cause the entire family tree to come unhinged. Plus, if she is interested in you, this is a polite way to let her know you aren't considering her as a dating prospect.

I know that feeling I also fancy my cousin he is so mighty fine but we cant go out because he is my cousin, he knows I like him and in fact we dated for 2 months and we just had to stay cousin's. My brother was dating my cousins sister an she got pregnant and the baby died before it was born, the elders say its because they are family. So me and my cousin decided to end things, but our love relationship brought us very close to each other now we like best friends.

it is ok to like her and its great that you both feel the same so why not tell her say that you also have feelings for her and you dont have to jump into a relationship just spend some time together and see if you should be together good luck
