...without buying rear toe arms? Or is it a non-adjustable setup. My toe is bad and I was wondering if it isn't adjustable, then why would the toe go bad? You can see that the front of the tire is not aligned with the rear of the tire. What gives?

Yes the rear toe and camber are adjustable excentrics front ones are camber and rear ones are toe-in adjusters. In 12 years the suspension bushings can wear.
