Hey, I have eczema; but pus has never been a part of it.

If your eczema has pus, it most likely means that the skin became broken in some places, and a bacterial infection has set in.

See your doctor for antibiotics. It is important to keep your skin well moisturised with a plain sorbolene - you can get good quality ones from your pharmacy. If your eczema is particularly bad you can use sorbolene as soap also. Using an antibacterial wash once weekly all over your skin may also be useful in preventing infection.

An infection has set in, most probably from itching. With this type of infection you have to keep clean. In this weather we've been having, heat, humidity, it's easy not to keep clean all the time. Get rid of the infection first, see you doctor if necessary, you may need an anti-biotic, then take baths if necessary twice a day. Wash good, it helps the skin to keep moist too.

See your doctor - scratching can cause infection which leads to pus, you need to get some antibiotic cream to deal with this.
