For god not to allow it he would have to exist and he doesn't.

It's because our actions have consequences. People make bad choices and they don't always care about what God wants for their lives. By the way, I believe every child is a blessing from God. One of my friends had a child out of wedlock, and it changed her life for the better. Before she became pregnant, she was into drugs and partying all the time. Her daughter helped her realize that there were more important things in life.
"Why does God allow it?" What would you have Him do? Become a domineering presence in our lives and hurl down lightening bolts every time we're about to excercise our free will?

Religions believe that it is wrong... that's a far cry from believing it doesn't happen. That's like saying that abortion is okay if an unmarried woman gets pregnant, since God doesn't want babies born out of wedlock. Ridiculous, isn't it!
God allows us to do all sorts of things he disapproves of. It's us making the conscious choice to do what he chooses that pleases him most, though.

Having sex out of wedlock is against the Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam).
God does not prevent it so that we can see if people follow Him of their own accord. God only rarely interferes with agency.

Why does God allow anything, so it will eventually bring Him glory. Also, it is free will for people to choose to have sex out of wedlock and there are consequences to your actions. God loves that child just as much as one that is born to two people who are married.

Since having sex can bring about pregnancy, one would have to assume that getting pregnant after having sex was a natural thing. Expected, even. Now if this god made all things to have a nature, then it behooves us to realize that having sex and babies is also natural. How can it be wrong?

The only thing God shows us is to be a covanant with a woman, if a man has sex with her. It is wrong to just go out and sleep from bed to bed. A woman needs a covenant and if a man sleeps with her, he needs to cover her. A man needs to marry a woman to be the image of God.
