me and him been having sex and my mom doesnt like him for anything so she been tryna put him and jail but she never catches him!is that reportable to the police can he go to jail?because im about to be 18 in 8 months anyway!

It depends on what the age of consent is in the State where you reside; if it is 18 or over, he could be charged with statutory rape if you are engaging in sexual activity.

Depends on the state. You can do what you want when your 17 in some states. Either hold it for 8 months or risk it and get him in jail for 8 years.

he SHOULD go to jail. you are still a minor and at 21 years of age there is something seriously wrong with him that he feels he can use a teenage girl and get away with it. why is he not with a woman his own age, as opposed to a teenager?
i hope to goodness you are, at the very least, using birth control, you don't need to get pregnant, and i hope as well as birth control you are using condoms every time you have sex, you sure don't need to leave yourself at risk for AIDS.
girl, you are old enough to know better, so i have to ask the question: there must be plenty of fellas your own age so why why on earth are you going out with someone his age?
