If not, then what is our direct relation to god?

Hmmmm....I'm not getting it. Any doctrine? Passages?

I was raised believing in God and Jesus. If you consider Mormon Christian...I know what they believe, and why. I know what I believe...and why.

What do you believe...and why?

God created all matter and energy in the universe from nothing. He doesn't require a spouse to create. We are his "children" in the sense that he created us.

Of course He does. It is strange that most of the Christian world can't understand that God procreates. Somehow, they believe, we became His children, but weren't "procreated."

No, his a creator, the begning and the end. He is the potter and we are the clay. How can the clay tell the potter what to do?
