I don't know if I'm the only one, but I've fallen madly in love with Panera Bread's Fuji Apple salad. I think I would go as far as making the salad every other night for dinner. Only I have one problem.

I have no idea where to buy apple vinaigrette dressing. And even if I did I wouldn't be able to guarantee whether or not the taste was similar.

Can anyone help me in my search or offer a good recipe? I've come up with nothing.

Checking the website: the dressing has a lot of preservatives and additives unavailable for home reproduction. The basic ingredients are white balsamic vinegar, apple cider vinegar, apple juice concentrate, sugar, salt, pepper, and soybean oil. I'd recommend that you play around with those ingredients (try olive oil rather than soybean); remember that the basic vinaigrette ration is 3 parts oil to 1 part acid; personally, I prefer a 2 to 1 as it produces a acidic dressing.

How about checking to see if you can get the recipe? I looked on their web site and managed to pull up the ingrediants for the salad, but it didn't give the amounts. They use apple juice concentrate and white balsamic vinegar, along with oil and some other things. They also have some items to purchase "for the pantry". Good luck!
