mac and cheese has a lot of fat and salt so if you live off of it, expect heart disease and high blood pressure. I love mac and cheese too, but its not one of the healthiest foods. lol Besides you should really be living off of one particular food item anyway. Varied diets provide us with all of the essential nutrients.

Actually, my daughter tested this theory from the time she was about 6 until 10. Now she's off macaroni and cheese and more into vegetables.
I would say, yes, you could, but you'd be very unhealthy and probably overweight. A side dish of homemade macaroni and cheese combined with salads, steamed veggies, fruits, nuts and grains would be fairly healthy, but not as the main event.

Yes but over time it will make you sick. Heart disease, stroke, diabetis etc.
