Hi I just decided to answer this question to make you think. With out a body we would only be able to express a hug like we do here on R&S. How would you feel if you were never agin or ever in the first place able to feel the joy of holding a loved one in your arms? That is how special our gift to come to this earth is and following the Lords plan.

Because no matter what silly myth you believe in, it's always good to give somebody a hug - even if they don't believe in the same silly myths as you. "love thy neighbor" isn't an exclusively religious thing, you know.

hugging is a great sign of friendship. it should not be seen as sexual. I am happy to hug any one in need even those who have shouted at me in the past. we do it in church.
