Yeah, just for a day or 2. Its all to do with withdrawal, but it should be sort lived. Its supposed to last 3-5 days, but if its lasts significantly longer see your GP for a check up. And to let them know you've given up, they'll like that!

Yeah, and a few other symtoms that didn't quite make sense at the time. Don't let it bother you, it won't last long. Just push through, and DON"T CAVE IN! If you want to substitute something for the nicotine, but you don't want to eat a lot, try a hobby: I just concentrated more on guitar. No patches, no nothing. You'd be surprised at how much happier you'll feel! Good luck =oD

Yes and lots of other things, what ever you do watch your weight, and try not to compensate the cigs with sweets, Nicotine is a very strong drug that hides lots of things so you could feel odd for a while but best off luck to you and keep it up, another little trick is when some one offers you a cigarette say " I don't smoke " not " I have quit " or they always say silly things like one won't hurt.

Weed could supply you a headache in case you smoke seeds and stems or if the weed isn t totally dried out. Loosen the weed in the dishevelled a sprint stick it in the midst of a e book and placed it below a mattress for some days. The stress will do away with the surplus moisture.

It can.
Two reasons.
Body will eliminate the accumulated toxins and they can produce such symptoms. Your mouth will smell as if you have just smoken, till the process completes.
Mind gets tensed with unfavourable thoughts/facts. If one quits willingly there will not be problem; but if it is due to some reasons mind will not accept it so easily, hence the H/A.

No...I just continued to smoke, LOL.
Actually it is part of the withdrawal syndrome and will dissipate over time. Try not to over take paracetamol or other over the counter analgesics at this time as you could then start with analgesic rebound headaches after the withdrawal period. This is not uncommon.
