That would depend on if you have a regular doctor and is the office open when you are trying to be seen. If at all possible you should try to go to your doctor to prevent the increases medical bills from the ER, otherwise if the pain is intolerable, the office isn't open, or you don't have a regular doctor then you should go when these symptoms are beyond bearable.

Well, first of all if you have had this for several days, make an appointment with your family doctor. ER physicians are trained to treat emergencies and may overlook some tests that you need. ER's are for emergencies not something that is chronic, unless it gets so much that you cannot bear it anymore then yes definetly go to the ER.

A very suggestive symptom of a high grade inflammatory or infectious process. The addition of pain would suggest the problem is within the bowel. Would have to consider the appendix or lower bowel. All sufficient symptoms to present for treatment.

In order to go to see who??? If you meant to go see the DR., I would of went yesterday! It sounds serious to me and would not hesitate for a second and get to the DR. right away!! And he will check it out and give you a referral to a specialist and will correct your problem!! Call them and tell them what you are having and they should get you in the same day. If you don't have your health-you will not have anything!!!!!! PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE!!!
