the craziest thing.. it looks like my body has rejected my belly ring entirely!! its literally hanging by a small piece of flesh and i can actually see thru my skin and i see the bar. what the hell is going on???

yes, your body has rejected it
it's a surface piercing (ie through skin, rather than through something like ear piercings), and they have a tendency to reject - which is just the body pushing out the foreign object.
you'll need to take it out and let the hole close up - otherwise the piercing could push through the skin left holding it in and tear it, which would leave a scar.
you can repierce it when it's fully healed, but the scar tissue from the original piercing can make this more difficult/painful - consult your piercer

Call the shop where you had it pierced. Sometimes the body will reject piercings. I wouldn't take it out just yet - call first, they can tell you what you need to do and if that is taking it out they can also explain the best way to take care of it until it's completely healed.

Take it off, and dont get another one. You can get a serious infection when our body rejects things.
