Are you looking for glasses that have lenses with no power (for cosmetic reasons). I think you could get them, I don't know if they would make you go through the expense of an eye exam and all that, or not. But I think they would wind up costing almost as much as getting real glasses.

Maybe try going to a store that sell costume and theatrical supplies?

I just noticed the part about the lenses not affecting your eyes:

You can check the lenses easily yourself! To check for power in a lens hold the glasses out a few inches from your face; look through (with one eye right through the center of one lens), at picture on the wall. Move the glasses up out of your visual path then back again while still looking at the picture (several times); check to see that the picture appears to stay the same size with as without the lens there. Next, check for distortion; hold the lens directly in front of your eye and slowly rotate the glasses until they are upside down but the lens still lined up with your eye; do it back and forth several times; check the picture (frame!) to see if it apears to turn from square (or rectangle) into a rhombus or parellogram as you rotate the lens. If you don't see any significant problems with these tests they should be fine. (Note: do test on both lenses, but no need to do test with other eye).

Even if there was some distortion, it wouldn't actually damage your vision, but you might get headaches or eye strain etc.

Get your eyes checked just to make sure you don't need any prescription. then if you do take it to an Optician to be filled if you don't need any correction have the Doctor write it out for you that no rx is needed. They can cut you lenses without any correction & they won't hurt your eyes. But be prepared to pay full price even without any correction

huh? You want to wear glasses when you don't need them?

Just get plain glass in them.

Sorry if i missunderstood your question.
