Not possible, well... maybe the 20lbs is possible... if you really wanted to be sick and unable to move for most of the time plus once you started eating again you would gain it all back and more. If you stop eating your body get scared so the next time you eat it stores it as fat instead of using it for energy. Here's the hard part... you have to change your eating habits for good. A rule of thumb is an average of 3 to 2 lbs a week. First week you may loose 5 and closer to your goal less than half a lb. Try planing 8 very small healthy meals, drinking lots of water (most people eat when they are thirsty) take your vitamin and get rest. That or just enjoy who you are and who ever it is you need to loose this weight for can get lost and you can say you lost all that weight.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

Baby girl, 50lbs in two months ain't healthy at all. Count your calories and try to limit yourself down to about 2,000 or less a day. Avoid breads, pastas, and watch your sodium intake. Replace everything you drink (sodas, juices and such) with water. And exercise for at least 20 minutes a day. Good luck. Don't hurt yourself.

Try low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein, and exercise. The foods are low caloried, and yet filling and healthy. Brisk walking is great for burning body fats.
It is my lifestyle now. I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs/14kg and gained better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs/49kg for more than a year, with more fruits and complex carbs.

I have no idea... I have tried all the diets... The cabbage diet helped me,, but only 10lbs... so when you find out let me know...
Not trying to be ugly but if you dont starve yourself and hurt yourself I dont think it is possible.. Not in any healthy way... You should have started sooner.
But, Your fiance obviously love you the way your are, so you should love yourself and his opionion and not worry about anything else.... Stay healthy....
