I mean, we are supposed to treat our body as a "temple". and loading it up with these two items is like eating triple cheeseburgers for breakfast lunch and dinner, isn't it?

yeah, thats unhealthy but I think its unhealthy for somebody to worry all the time that theyre not good enough to go to heaven.I say f*ck it!--I'm enjoying life even if that mean living a 'sinful' lifestyle. Hey, I'm not out killing or robbing people; I'm dedicated to helping myself to reach a potential that doesnt involve sponging off the wellfare system; I'm not squeezing out more kids than I can handle (I can only handle one); so, yeah, whatever. we need more time to relax these days.

Anxiety attacks are rooted in old wounds. Guilt can cause anxiety if someone throws some condemnation to you & this can be a root of anxiety attack. And this is unhealthy. Can cause high blood pressure, etc...

So? If you are eating an unhealthy diet, you can feel guilty, especially if someone condemns you also. And so? Also, when we do sin, the Holy Spirit convicts us in our new born spiritman. So? We need to obey & confess our sin & He (Jesus) is faithful & just to forgive us our sin & cleanse us from it. The Holy Spirit brings scripture to mind to help us overcome it. We don't have to feel guilty when we confess it to Jesus. We are suppose to. He promises to make us right. So? Our bad habits are rooted in wrong thinking. So that is why Gods Word needs to replace the wrong thinking.

You masturbate because you have a healthy body. It is just solo sex, using your hand instead of a vagina, what you as a male were born to do-- reproduce and you do that by ejaculating. Humans are just way hornier than other mammals, so we have the urge all the time. Some other species masturbate too, especially our cousins the apes. Since it is just solo sex, it is a normal bodily function like creating saliva or peeing. You probably wouldn't think regular intercourse would be bad, would you? It's the same, just not as much fun.

Affirmatively our body is like a temple, so never do anything that you will find guilt and likewise is not a healthy habit to have always in mind your guilty and have committed sin.

Guilt and shame play vital roles in a society. No civilization can survive without them. Look what happened to the Romans. Without guilt and shame we'd have moral anarchy.

As for sin, I don't get stressed out about it since Jesus paid my penalty.

Anxiety and guilt over sin could be the Lord trying to tell you to turn to Him for forgiveness. If you have done that and continue to feel this way, then I would contact your doctor as the guilt and anxiety may not be about sin but something as simple as your electrolytes being off kilter.

In His Love,

That is sooo truuue. Depending on what the "sin" was, maybe you should confess to whoever you think you affected in a negative way. If that seems like a bad idea, repent to God, sincerely.

Having anxiety of any kind is not healthy.

And God is not the author of guilt, the devil is.

The bible says "There is therefore now, no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus". That means if you are in Christ, then you are free from guilt.

Pretty much.........
Philippians 4
6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Anxity is uneescessary stress. No stress ishealthy. Nor is sin healthy. Itrobs youof your peace of mind. Your mind is your own temple of hell. Its your own tavern of death.
